The company specializes in the identification and management of direct real estate investments. A unique limited liability company or other special purpose entity is created to make each investment. Real estate investments are usually held for a period of three to seven years and target an average annual internal rate of return (IRR) of between 15% and 25%, depending on the nature of the investment.
Investments focus primarily on the New York Metropolitan Area and consist of residential and hospitality development. On occasion, investments may target bulk unit acquisition, options to acquire fee interests in properties at future dates, or joint ventures.
Aubrey Capital is an affiliate of Brooklyn Hotel Group. “BHG” acquires, repositions and develops hotel properties in the Brooklyn, N.Y. submarket.
